Polyurethane solid tires and rubber solid tires are widely used in reach forklifts, narrow aisle forklifts, side/multi-directional forklifts, electric stackers, pallet trucks, pallet stackers used in various warehouses, supermarkets, and distribution centers. It is also used for the transmission, guidance and support of industrial and mining metallurgy and equipment assembly lines. The high strength, high load-bearing, high resilience, high wear resistance, high tear resistance and other properties of polyurethane solid tires are unmatched by ordinary natural rubber tires.

Polyurethane solid tires have the following characteristics:
Polyurethane solid tires are manufactured by casting process, and their structure is very different from the tires currently produced. A full polyurethane pneumatic tire is composed of three parts: the carcass, the belt layer and the tread. Among them, the carcass is made of polyurethane elastomer with higher modulus, which is relatively hard, so it has better fatigue resistance, dimensional stability and cutting resistance; the belt layer on the upper part of the carcass is made of aramid fiber wound in the circumferential direction Or steel cords, and the tread is cast from a low-modulus polyurethane elastomer to ensure the tire's wear resistance and ride performance.
