Pneumatic tire rims solid tires and corresponding pneumatic tire rims can be used interchangeably. However, the loading and unloading of solid tire rims can only be completed with auxiliary tools (tools) on the press. In order to ensure the safety and accuracy of the installation process, the following rules should be followed:

1. Inspection of tires and rims
First, check the compatibility of the tire and the rim, that is, whether the specification and model of the tire to be installed are the same as the rim model. The rim width used by tires of the same specification is different, please confirm first when installing. The inspection of the rim includes whether the rim is defective and whether there are burrs. If there is any burr, it should be smoothed first, otherwise it is easy to damage the inside of the tire hub, which will affect the installation and use.

2. In order to ensure that the tire can be smoothly installed in place and reduce the friction between the tire and the rim, during installation, the inner surface of the tire hub and the outer surface of the rim should be sprayed and coated with lubricant. The lubricant can be selected from commonly used soapy water, washing powder water, etc. Conditional lubricants for tires can be used, but greases and other common industrial lubricants must not be used, because they will swell the rubber and damage the tires.

3. When the tire is placed on the rim, the head should be flat and should not be deflected, otherwise it will be difficult to install, and it will sway from side to side during use. The rim must be installed in place and the bolts must be tightened, otherwise the slip ring or the separation of the tire and rim will cause danger.

4. According to the requirements of the ETRTOEDI standard, the tires must be concentric when they are installed on the vehicle. Tires of different specifications and different wear and tear cannot be installed on the same vehicle or on the same axle, and cannot be mixed with pneumatic tires, otherwise it is easy to cause personal and equipment accidents.
